London Academy is a women’s domestic racing team based in London, with a focus on developing riders from regional to national level in the UK. Creating a supportive racing environment, we build confidence in our riders both on and off the bike by providing skills sessions, workshops and access to a mentoring programme.
We hope to create a sustainable pathway into the sport for new racers and continue to contribute to the wider women’s cycling community by helping to get more women racing bikes.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Sarah has been racing and riding bikes for over 15 years, competing mostly on the road in the Team Cup, National Road & Circuit Series and Tour Series, plus many more. She’s been a part of several domestic teams including Node4 Giordana Pro Cycling, Motorpoint Pro Cycling and Bianchi Dama.
Sarah has seen, heard and experienced a lot over those years racing and wanted to create a team that's full of all the best bits; one that values honesty and open communication, where riders support each other and they're not afraid to try things. She’s determined to develop riders through the levels of racing in the UK to strengthen the bunch of women competing at national level, whilst also helping get the wider cycling community racing.
